Rate Structure:

During the regular Summer rental period from June 12, 2010 through August 27, 2010 we only accept week long reservations. A week is defined as 7 nights beginning on Saturday at 3PM and continuing to the following Saturday at 11AM. The rates below are all inclusive of cleaning fees and taxes. If there is a last minute opening (within 2-weeks prior to the beginning Saturday) we will consider a 3-night minimum reservation during the main summer rental period. All other times during the year we would like weekly rentals but will take nightly rentals with a 3-night minimum.

2009 Rate Structure:

10/3-10/31 -> $200 per night (3-night min) $1,200 per week (7 nights for cost of 6)

10/31-12/31 -> $150 per night (3-night min) $900 per week (7 nights for cost of 6)

2010 Rate Structure:

The hot tub is open all year and the pool is open May 15th through  September 24th

1/1-5/14 – $1000 weekly ($165 per night with 3 night minimum)

5/15-6/4 – $1700  weekly ($280 per night with 3 night minimum)

6/5-6/11 – $2200 weekly ($365 per night with 3 night minimum)

6/12-6/18 - $2700 weekly

6/19-8/20 - $3100 weekly

8/21-8/27 - $2700 weekly

8/28-9/24 – $1700 weekly ($280 per night with a 3 night minimum)

9/25-12/31 – $1000 weekly ($165 per night with 3 night minimum)

Security Deposit:

As for a security deposit - first time renters $500 - second time renters - $250
