The floorplan of the living area in Point-to-Ponder is very open. This is the Living Room and Seating Area which are adjacent to the kitchen/bar area and the dining room.
The Kitchen is surrounded by a bar area that allows for great conversation during times when the chefs are cooking up a storm.
The Dining Room area is adjacent to the coversation area and the kitchen/bar area. All four of these areas provide breathtaking views of both the sound and the harbor.
The first of two Master Bedrooms is off of the living area. It has a huge walkin closet and an indoor jacuzzi. The home has two master bedrooms and two other bedrooms on the second level. It also has a loft area on the third level that can if needed serve as a fifth sleeping area.
This is the gameroom which is in a loft area located on the third level. In addition to a gaming table and video games, this area contains a full bath, large walkin closet and a couch that makes into a full sized bed.
