Welcome to Point 2 Ponder….a place where comfort and beautiful views come together! There are few places that you can find that offer the combination of a beautiful designer home surrounded by water on three sides, spectacular sound front views, two private boat slips in a deep protected harbor, a boat ramp, a private pool and hot tub, and a massive lawn. And, it’s all a stones throw from beautiful beaches, lighthouses, the Inland Waterway and a million other great opportunities for fun and relaxation.

The picture below is looking Southeast at Colington Island. It was taken before Point-to-Ponder was built, but if you can find the harbor entrance and what looks like a sand trap on the South side of the harbor entrance and trees on the North side (in the stretch between the Northwest and Southwest corners), she sits where the sand trap was before. For reference, you are also looking at the Atlantic in the distance and the Outer Banks penninsula heading down towards Cape Hatteras.
